The team make a point of getting to know and understand vendors expectations, and ensure, through factual communication, that they remain realistic and achievable. This, together with an understanding of applicants needs, tastes and requirements, has allowed us to consistently meet one of our primary objectives, that of ... matching the right people with the right homes, in a timely manner.

In addition, we continually attempt to raise the public awareness of how professional agents can and should conduct themselves when dealing with, what is after all, the most expensive purchase most people make in their lives.

To extend this commitment to the ethics and service levels we have always aspired to,   became a founder member of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme. The scheme was formed - with the guidance of the National Association Of Estate Agents (NAEA) - as an independent body to protect the interests of both vendors and purchasers against unethical and improper practice by estate agents.

We were delighted that our objectives were recognised by our peers, when we won the National Awards sponsored by the NAEA for Independent Estate Agent of the Year 1995/1996 and Best Management & Lettings Office of the Year 1996/1997.

After winning these awards and to further increase public awareness of professional Estate Agency, Joanna Haydon - Knowell  was offered the role of the National Association of Estate Agents’ Press Relations spokesperson for the North London Area and has since, on numerous occasions, been called upon to represent the NAEA on National Terrestrial and Satellite TV and in the National Press.
